This isn't a rushed group tour — it's your adventure at your own pace. Our digital map guides you through Amsterdam's canals, parks, markets, and hidden gems with helpful checklists at each stop so you never miss the highlights.

Your self-guided route includes:

  • Deposits: €100 for City Bike, €250 for E-Bike (card or cash) and valid photo ID required at pickup.
  • No cancellations after booking. Rebooking subject to availability at venue.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes early for bike fitting, safety briefing, and digital map setup.
  • Smartphone required for digital route map access (GPS-enabled).
  • Minimum age: City Bike 12+, E-Bike 16+.
  • Basic cycling ability required; must be comfortable in busy city traffic.
  • This is a self-guided tour — no guide accompanies you.
  • Riders must follow Dutch traffic rules; lock bike when unattended.
  • Drink voucher valid anytime on tour day at Café The Barrel.
  • Not wheelchair accessible.
  • Weather-appropriate clothing recommended; rain jacket suggested.
  • Late bike returns may incur additional charges.
What to bring

    How it works (simple!)

    1. Arrive 15 min early at King’s Bikes for fitting, safety brief & map setup.
    2. Ride the route using our digital map — pause anywhere for photos, coffee, or museum visits.
    3. Return the bike to King’s Bikes, reclaim your deposit & ID.
    4. Celebrate with your free drink at Café The Barrel (same-day redemption).

    Good to know (read this!)

    • Meeting point: King’s Bikes, Spuistraat 1C, 1012 VT Amsterdam(5–7 min from Dam Square).
    • Arrive early: 15 minutes before your start for setup.
    • Deposits (at pickup): €100 City Bike / €250 e-Bike (plus valid ID/passport).
    • Age & ability: 12+ (City Bike), 16+ (e-Bike). Basic cycling in city traffic required.
    • Helmets: not required by law; limited supply may be available to purchase/rent.
    • Weather: tours run rain or shine; bring layers. Rain ponchos may be available at pickup.
    • Free drink voucher: valid any time the same day at Café The Barrel 
    • Late returns/damage: additional charges may apply; deposits cover loss/damage beyond normal wear.
